Kohlberg Management VI, LLC has sold 2 million common shares of its stock in Performance Sports Group Ltd. for aggregate gross proceeds of CAD$37.5 million, the maker of athletic gear announced.
Following the sale, Kohlberg continues to own the equivalent of approximately 5.3 percent of the company’s issued and outstanding common shares on a non-diluted basis and remains one of PSG’s largest shareholders. PSG did not receive any proceeds from the sale and currently does not intend to issue any further press releases regarding Kohlberg’s ownership position, except as required by law.
