Kids Foot Locker is kicking off its “Week of Greatness,” with a 30-second spot featuring NBA star Stephen Curry. Kids Foot Locker's “Week of Greatness” event – a week of the most anticipated sneaker and gear releases – begins Saturday, Nov. 21 at Kids Foot Locker stores nationwide.

The commercial, titled “Just Like The Pros,” features Curry on the sidelines as a group of kids finish playing a pick-up basketball game. The kids are decked out in the latest Under Armour gear from Kids Foot Locker and tell Curry they want to be just like the pros. Curry doesn't realize how similar they want to be until he's hit with evasive answers when posing light-hearted questions.

“We like to have fun with our 'Week of Greatness' spots and Stephen Curry was up for the challenge and a really good sport,” said Stacy Cunningham, Executive Vice President of Marketing for Foot Locker. “This is a great way to kick off 'Week of Greatness,' our biggest week, showcasing the brand new premium sneakers, apparel and gear that will be available during the holiday season.”

“I had a great time working on the 'Week of Greatness' Kids Foot Locker commercial,” said Curry. “It was entertaining to work with the kids, we had some fun with the answers from typical press conference responses, after the games. I've definitely heard – and given – a few of those responses before!”

In addition to the spot, Curry adorns the cover of Kids Foot Locker's “Book of Greatness” – an inspirational book of quotes from hero athletes – which is available for free, in limited-edition, to Kids Foot Locker VIP members during the Week of Greatness. The spots were created by worldwide agency BBDO.
