Ken Spires has resigned from his position as president of M.J. Soffe, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Delta Apparel. Robert Humphreys, Delta Apparel's CEO and chairman,
will serve as president of M.J. Soffe on an interim basis.
Spire is expected to remain with the company in a non-officer capacity with duties and responsibilities focused on certain operational projects and initiatives. His resignation was effective, Nov. 26.
The news was included in a regulatory filing with the Securities & Exchange Commission.
