Kelty launched its brand new, highly interactive www.Kelty.com website, designed with new tools to help shoppers more effectively connect with the gear they need and the brand they love.


Created in conjunction with Boulder, Colo.-based Internet design firm Mapleton Hill Media, the new site features advanced browsing functionality and streamlined navigation; a Kelty Family Membership program; and live social media feeds to keep shoppers informed, engaged, and updated on the latest news direct from Kelty.


“Kelty’s product offering has grown by leaps and bounds since 1952 when our first pack was sold,” said Sue Timbo, marketing director with Kelty.  “With eight product categories and over 125 individual items offered in a variety of different sizes and colors, we saw a need to make our site as easy to shop as possible.  The upgrades we’ve made to Kelty.com will seamlessly connect our shoppers with the best gear for their next adventure.”


Kelty.com’s newest features will allow shoppers to filter products by price, activity, and attributes such as gender, color, or size.  As users search products, a new auto-complete search tool speeds searches by providing on the fly results while a new ‘Quick View’ format gives immediate product information on price, color options, and user review ratings.  The result is a much more informed buying decision in less time.
