Jeffery Streader was named president of Kellwood’s Operating Services Division. Streader is a seasoned executive with 25 years of experience developing and
delivering innovative strategic supply chain solutions.

“Jeff has a proven track record for
blending sourcing strategies and improving production cycles. His keen understanding
of the global market and his extensive experience engaging in trade issues will be an
asset to the Company’s sourcing efforts,” said Capps.

Prior to this appointment, Streader served as a vice president of sourcing for VF
Imagewear, a subsidiary of VF Corporation. He began his career with Oxford Industries in
1981 and has held increasingly responsible management positions in the apparel
industry.

“I am pleased to have Jeff join our executive team. His experience will help us to
further our efforts to improve our supply chain and enhance our production cycles, while
focusing on our sourcing partnerships,” added Capps.

Streader replaces Tom Austin who is retiring next month.
“Tom Austin joined Kellwood in 2003, and has been a driving force in staying
competitive in our industry. We are extremely grateful for Tom’s contribution to our
business and wish him all the best in his retirement,” stated Capps.

Based in Kellwood’s New York OSD office, Streader reports to Capps.
