Kampala Industries, Inc., a maker of sports gloves based in Monmouth, NJ, has hired Dave Santa Cruz as its national sales manager.
His past jobs include softlines manager at Dicks Sporting Goods, retail development manager at Esoles, national sales manager at Select Distribution/ Draven Shoes, brand manager at Remare Sandals; and territory sales manager at Reebok International.
“We feel with the additional sales presence and with Dave's industry
experience, we can now offer full time sales support to accompany our existing customer service, product development and design here in the states,” said Khurram Malik, VP Sales and Marketing with Kampala.
Kampala Industries, (Pvt.) Ltd. specializes in sporting goods gloves and garments and tanned leather. The company said it was established in 1982 and works with some of the biggest brands in the world in categories such as: Fitness, Cycling, Baseball/Football/Soccer , Motocross, Work and Automotive.
