JustBrand Limited, the maker of heated and cooling apparel, has acquired Venture Heat, a U.S. manufacturer of battery-heated apparel and therapy products.Terms were not disclosed.
Based in Venice Beach, CA, Venture Heat’s product line includes jackets, shirts, gloves, motorcycle gear, and waterproof heated diving vests.
Headquartered in Philadelphia, JustBrand’s portfolio of heated and cooling brands includes ActionHeat, Gerbing, AlphaCool, and Chaheati.
JustBrand stated that the acquisition strengthens its position in the competitive apparel market and that Venture Heat’s “strong foundation in technological innovation will also bolster JustBrand’s R&D capabilities, enabling faster product development across its entire portfolio.”

Venture Heat products utilize 12V low-voltage technology, allowing for connection to motorcycle batteries or portable, rechargeable batteries.
