Joshua Tree Skin Care (JTree) said it signed up 12 new outdoor specialty dealers in the Southeast as a result of attending the Eastern Outdoor Reps Association (EORA) Show in Greenville, S.C. from Feb. 6 Feb. 8, 2011.

The company, which makes organic and natural skin care products, picked up retail accounts throughout four states that include Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina. Products are set to hit shelves this month and will include JTree’s healing salve, lip balm (in Desert Shimmers and other shades), and face sticks (such as Winter Stick with SPF 15 and Sun Stick with SPF 33).

JTree can now be found in Florida at Trail and Ski in Tallahassee and Weatherford’s in Pensacola and in Georgia at Alpharetta Outfitters in Alpharetta and White Water Express in Decatur. In North Carolina, JTree added retailers including Black Dome Mountaineering in Asheville, Bluff Mountain Outfitters in Hot Springs, Climbmax in Asheville, D.D. Bullwinkle’s in Brevard and Snow Toys in Banner Elk.  Finally, JTree can also be found in South Carolina at Higher Ground Outfitters in Beaufort, Lake Wateree State Park in Winnsboro, and Mountain Bridge State Park in Cleveland.

The addition of JTree’s new retail partners comes as a result of its success at the Eastern Outdoor Reps Association (EORA) Show, which took place in Greenville, S.C. from Feb. 6 Feb. 8, 2011.

“This is a huge win for the JTree brand,” explains David Lawrence, president and CEO of Joshua Tree Skin Care, which is based in Pinckney, MI. “We’ve had a great deal of success in the Southwest, where our brand was established a decade ago. We’ve been very focused on developing our presence in the Southeast region and our new partners are some of the finest outdoor retailers in the area. We’re looking forward to successful relationships and continued growth in the area.”
