Jon Allen has been appointed to vice president of sales and Jon LaCorte as vice president of product development. Both Allen and LaCorte are senior executives in the outdoor industry with over 40 years of combined experience.

Allen brings with him experience managing the US division of a large optics manufacturer. In his new role, he will work closely with Flint Holdings' independent representatives, key accounts and distributors while growing new business and improving existing processes.
Lacerate has been a product manager in the optics category and will continue to create new products while helping to improve existing products and supply chain sourcing for Flint Holdings.
