Jarden Corp. expects sales for the second quarter ended June 30, 2010 to be approximately $1.52 billion compared to $1.27 billion in the same period a year ago, driven by strong organic growth at all four of its operating segments and contribution from the recently completed Mapa Spontex acquisition.

The company provide the forecast while announcing that it will present at the Consumer Analyst Group New York (CAGNY) luncheon on Wednesday, July 21, 2010 in New York City.   

The company is scheduled to report its complete financial results for the second quarter on August 3, 2010.
