J. America, one the largest collegiate apparel suppliers in the United States, hired Monique Manning as its Sr. Manager of Sales Planning and Merchandising.

Manning will work alongside a world-class design team in Columbus, OH to drive sales, merchandising, and brand building strategies to reinforce J.America as a preeminent lifestyle brand in the NCAA apparel industry. Manning comes to J. America after 10+ years at Adidas and Reebok as a Licensed Apparel Product Manager for NCAA, NHL, NBA, MLB, and MLS. In addition to Manning, Scott Pierce will be joining the J. America team as the Sr. Licensing Manager. Pierce’s role will be to continue to build and strengthen J. America’s partnership with universities throughout the US by communicating to University Licensing Directors and Licensing Agencies.  Pierce comes to J. America from Outdoor Cap where he was Director of College Licensing.

To facilitate the company’s on going growth, J. America has recently completed an expansion of their warehouse by 60,000 sq. ft.
