The International Skiing History Association (ISHA) named six new directors to its board at its annual board meeting and benefit Gathering at the Trapp Family Lodge in Stowe, VT in late March.

They include:

  • Ian Ferguson, retired ski product and magazine marketing executive, Boulder, CO;
  • David Ingemie, president, SnowSports Industries America, McLean, VA;
  • Debby McLenahan, a banking and marketing executive, Vail, CO;
  • Rick Moulton, award-winning independent film producer, Huntington, VT;
  • Charles Sanders, author, music industry attorney and professor, Briarcliff Manor, NY;
  • David Scott, director of business development, the Leisure Trends Group, Boulder, CO;

Each brings extensive ski-related business and personal experience to the non-profit organization that support ISHA's mission to preserve and advance the knowledge of ski history, and to increase public awareness of the sport's heritage.

Officers of the ISHA board include:

  • Alan Baker, newly elected treasurer, Orrington, ME;
  • and Mort Lund, re-elected secretary.

ISHA's 15th Annual Benefit Gathering is scheduled for early April 2006 in Vail, CO. Headquarters for the Gathering will be Hotel Gasthof Gramshammer.
