Injinji launched an integrated retail campaign designed to educate and incentivize sales floor associates to not only wear its five-toed socks, but also help promote the “better performance in any shoe” messaging that surrounds its Performance 2.0 line.

Titled “Wear & Win,” the campaign aims to educate sales associates and customers alike that the benefits of the toesock design ring true in any shoe you pair it with – from running shoes to hiking boots and beyond.

“Over the years we have made a name for ourselves and enjoyed incredible success and recognition in various pockets of the run community,” said George Schott, VP sales and marketing for Injinji.  “But we still have a ways to go in educating and informing our sales associates, retail partners and consumers that our performance sock line is not limited to just runners but rather, any athlete that wants a better sock for the active endeavor of their choice.  We hope the Wear & Win program will provide a fun and informative opportunity for sales associates to engage with our brand.”

Beginning July 1st, participating retailers can submit an order for free wear testing socks for their employees and gain access to the Wear & Win micro site – where employees partaking in the program can post photos of themselves wearing Injinji performance toesocks in any shoe, along with being entered into the monthly grand prize drawings for a free iPad mini.

Utilizing a number of resources both online and in-store, retailers will also have the opportunity to loop in additional measures supplementing and echoing the efforts of the Wear & Win campaign.  These initiatives include: monthly sponsored run groups in which participants receive free Injinji socks for attending, social media contest opportunities with free gear prizes along with a 3point5.com tie-in rewarding top performers on training.

Summer Outdoor Retailer Market attendees can also “Wear & Win.”  Visit Injinji booth 38183 wearing Injinji toesocks and you can be entered to win a free iPad mini as well.  Winner will be drawn at the booth happy hour on Thursday, August 1st at 5pm.
