Industry Nine has appointed Seth Brosnan as chief commercial officer (CCO). Brosnan joins the company from Pon Bike, where he most recently led global distribution. He is expected to oversee Industry Nine’s sales and marketing channels, leading the company’s global commercial strategy and supporting continued growth across both the Industry Nine and WR1 brands.
“With previous leadership roles at Cycling Sports Group and a career spent building international sales organizations, he brings extensive experience developing dealer and distributor networks around the world,” Industry Nine said in a media release.
Brosnan’s appointment follows the recent integration of We Are One Composites (WR1) into the business.
“I am thrilled to join an organization with such a deep heritage and an unmatched passion for premium cycling components,” said Brosnan. “Building upon the incredible foundation that the Industry Nine and We Are One teams have forged together, I look forward to working closely with our global dealer, distributor, and D2C networks to scale our market presence and accelerate our next chapter of growth.”
As the company executes its strategic growth goals across North America, Europe, and international markets, Brosnan will be primarily focused on optimizing partner relationships, strengthening the direct-to-consumer (D2C) experience, and building a scalable commercial infrastructure, according to a company statement.
In support of this new focus, Industry Nine said it plans to increase investments in dealer programs, regional support, and collaborative marketing initiatives.
“Seth has spent his career building international sales organizations and knows how to grow a brand across borders,” said company CEO Dustin Adams. “Industry Nine and We Are One were built by people who care deeply about engineering and manufacturing. Seth understood that immediately, and he brings the commercial discipline and relationships necessary to advance our global partnerships.”
