Iconix Brand Group is in talks to acquire Kenneth Cole, according to a report in Bloomberg. Neil Cole, Iconix's CEO, is the brother Kenneth Cole.
Kenneth Cole Productions has reported annual losses for the past two years. In May, Chairman Kenneth Cole said he would explore “all strategic avenues” that boost shareholder value.
