Paul R. D'Aloia has been elected to the Board of Directors of Huffy Corporation. D'Aloia, who was elected President and Chief Operating Officer in August 2003, joined Huffy Corporation in 1997 as President and General Manager of the Huffy Sports Company, followed by a number of key assignments within the Company, including serving as President and General Manager of Huffy Service First; President and General Manager of Huffy Bicycle Company; and as President and General Manager of the Huffy Sports Group. From 1984 through 1996, D'Aloia held a number of sales and marketing positions with The Gillette Company, and with Black and Decker Corporation, where his responsibilities included serving as National Sales Director and then General Manager of Home Products, prior to joining Huffy Corporation in 1997. D'Aloia holds a Bachelor of Science from Bucknell University and a Masters of Arts from Colgate University.
