HS Trask Granted License for Ducks Unlimited Footwear

Phoenix Footwear Group, Inc. has been assigned a licensing agreement with Ducks Unlimited, Inc., the world's largest wetlands and waterfowl conservation organization, for promotion and distribution of a Ducks Unlimited line of casual men's footwear.

Through the agreement, Phoenix Footwear Group will design, promote and distribute a separate line of casual men's footwear, branded with the Ducks Unlimited registered trademark and targeted specifically to the sportsman-minded individual. The new footwear line will be overseen by the H.S. Trask division of Phoenix Footwear, which the Company acquired in August 2003.
