In an effort to better serve customers and deliver on the company’s Total Support Program (TSP) philosophy, Horizon Fitness has expanded its sales organization. As part of the expansion, the internal sales team is being realigned. Jeff Moser, formerly director of dealer sales, will now take on the sporting goods, specialty and online channels as director of sales. He will also oversee several of the company’s rep firms. Mark Pagnotta will also see his responsibilities expanded as director of sales for the mass, department store and club channels. Both Moser and Pagnotta will report directly to Bill Sotis, executive vice president of sales, service and development.

As a result of the expansion, several new positions have been created. Eric Goldapske has been promoted to key accounts manager, sporting goods. The company is also looking for a national sales manager for the specialty and franchise channels. Both of these positions will report directly to Moser.

Two additional positions are also open, including a national accounts manager and regional key account manager to support and grow the company’s business in the mass, department store and club channels. Both of these positions will report to Pagnotta.

“Our organization has experienced significant growth in recent years,” Sotis said. “Our growth has always resulted from putting customers first. We’re realigning and expanding our sales team to maintain the high level of quality and support our customers have come to expect from Horizon Fitness.”
