Iowa-based Hopkins Sporting Goods has acquired a minority stake in Suplay Products, Inc. dba Wrestler's World. Terms were not disclosed.

Suplay is a leading supplier of a full range of equipment, apparel, and
accessories required by amateur wrestlers across the U.S. and around the
world.   Suplay primarily targets the parents of elementary and high
school age youths competing on school-sponsored wrestling teams and
independent clubs, along with coaches and team officials, league
organizers, and other distributors.

Hopkins is a locally-owned business based in Des Moines, Iowa. With deep
roots in the local community, Hopkins has been a leading provider of
sports equipment and uniforms throughout the region and state since
1892.  Hopkins carries high quality equipment for major sports including
baseball, softball, basketball, boxing, football, running, soccer and
volleyball.

The transaction was arranged by Houlihan Smith & Company, and led by led by Houlihan Managing Director Reginald McGaugh.
