Samsonite reported sales at High Sierra decreased 2.9 percent on a currency-neutral basis in 2016, due to a 13.7 percent decrease in Asia driven by a decrease in India, partially offset by a 1.6 percent increase in North America.

Total sales for High Sierra were down 3.5 percent to $82.3 million from $85.3 million.

Gregory’s sales grew 28.8 percent to $44.2 million and advanced 22.7 percent on a currency-neutral basis.

Samsonite acquired High Sierra in 2012 and bought Gregory from Black Diamond in 2014. Samsonite, based in Luxembourg, also owns Samsonite , Tumi, American Tourister , Hartmann, Speck , Lipault and Kamiliant.
