HeyDude opened its first flagship “Icon” store on South Congress Avenue in Austin, TX.
The 3,300-square-foot location is at 1708 S. Congress Ave.
“We wanted to open a store where we could really show what the brand stood for,” Hey Dude President Rupert Campbell told the Austin American-Statesman. “People can come in, touch it, feel it. In a world where many retailers and brands are pulling back on stores, we believe our consumer still wants that experience.”
At the close of the first quarter, HeyDude, owned by Crocs, operated 75 outlet locations.
