Heritage Outdoor Group, the owner of PSE Archery, Kryptek and Protekt, has acquired Badlands, the hunting backpack, gear, and apparel brand, from W. C. Bradley Co. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. 

Founded in 1992, Badlands is based in Sandy, UT, and led by Jeff Moore. 

Heritage Outdoor Group said, “it will continue to invest in Badlands’ product development and support long-term growth.”
