GT Golf Supply (GT), a national distributor of golf accessories and facility supplies, has acquired Jack Jolly & Son, Inc., a regional distributor based in Cinnaminson, NJ. The transaction is said to “strengthen GT’s presence in the Northeast U.S. region and create a dedicated distribution hub that complements the company’s existing business.”
GT emphasized that maintaining Jack Jolly’s service standards is a primary goal of the integration. GT will continue operating from the Cinnaminson facility, ensuring that customers in the region continue to receive next-day delivery.
“This acquisition is a perfect strategic fit, enabling us to offer additional services and products to Jack Jolly’s current customer base,” said Derek Kane, president of GT Golf Supply. “We will continue the Jack Jolly name to honor its long-standing tradition and significance in the golf community. We look forward to honoring their legacy of service while bringing the full strength of GT’s supply chain and product catalog to these partners.”
Through this acquisition, Jack Jolly’s customers will gain access to GT’s portfolio, including its proprietary brands, such as Clicgear and Tempercraft. Conversely, GT plans to expand the distribution of Jack Jolly’s private-label glove line through its national network.
“For our customers, this transition means more choices and robust support,” said Ed McGugan, former owner of Jack Jolly & Son. “I am confident GT Golf Supply is the right steward for this business. They understand the importance of the local relationships we’ve built over five decades and have the infrastructure to take our customers to the next level.”
Founded in 1995 and based in Vista, CA, GT’s line includes Clicgear Push Carts and cart accessories, Tempercraft stainless steel drinkware, grips, training aids, and Origins trophies and awards.
