GT Bicycles, a Dorel Industries brand (TSX: DII.B, DII.A), launched Fun Is Serious Business, a user-generated campaign focusing on what they see as the real reason everyone rides: “pure, simple, fun.”

GT is asking fans and consumers to post photos and/or videos using the hashtag #SRSLYFun to show their interpretation of the campaign message. The content will be showcased on funisseriousbusiness.com. Submissions will be judged in 2017 by a panel of GT athletes for a chance to win prizes.

The company’s global roster of Factory Racing athletes, BMX riders and brand ambassadors, ranging from mountain bikers Hans Rey and Tyler McCaul to X-Games athlete Ronnie Renner, will expand the reach of Fun Is Serious Business to their audiences by incorporating #SRSLYFun into their social content. The brand’s newly formed GT Coalition will share their personal take on the campaign with their bike communities and social channels.
