GSM Outdoors has acquired Smith’s Products, the Arkansas-based specialist in the knife and scissor sharpening categories.

Terms were not disclosed.

Founded in 1886 as a family-run business mining and selling raw stone, Smith’s Products has evolved to offer a range of sharpening tools and knives designed for hunting, fishing, and culinary use, reflecting its transition from a stone-focused company to a supplier serving diverse outdoor needs.
