Grenade Gloves implements a new sales force in several key regions throughout the US.


Marty Carrigan is the West Regional Sales Manager with an extensive background in equipment, apparel and accessories for the action sports industry.  He is currently on the SIA Board of Directors and USSA snowboarding committee. 


NW RoadReps Sales Agency covers the Northwest, and has represented some of the biggest names in action sports.  Jeff Sales handles Southern California.  These guys have a strong background in action sports plus a great love for snowboarding.  Jeff Darby of Jeff Sales serves on the Board of Directors for the WWSRA. 
 
Zach Bingham is on top of sales for the Rockies, with more than a dozen years of sales experience in action sports.  Ivor Allsop has a sturdy background in snowboard and alpine sales as a former buyer and 10 years as a rep.  Ivor is on the Board of Directors for the WWSRA and will hold down the InterMountain region.  LivinTheDream covers Northern California with a passion for winter sports and plenty of outdoor action experience.  PROjECT Sales Co. controls the Midwest territory.  These guys grew up on skateboarding and snowboarding.  


Kurt Schumann is the Eastern Sales Manager, with 17 years of experience in action sports working with some of the industry’s biggest players.  Decker and Associates covers the Southeast, and draws on experience as a buyer and sales rep to give top-notch service.  Brad Decker serves on the Board of Directors for the SWRA. 
 
Aaron Hefty handles Florida.  With nearly a decade of experience in the action sports industry, Aaron still skates and surfs competitively, and helps coordinate contests through the Eastern Surf Association.  Adam “Sharpie” Sharp handles the Eastern Midwest.   He worked his way up from a shop guy to tech rep to sales rep, and is a member of both the MRA and SWRA. 
 
Arvid Swanson has been snowboarding since the early days, and takes care of business for the Northeast with more than 20 years in the industry, while former pro snowboarder and Pittsburgh-area legend J. Smith covers the Mid Atlantic states with nearly a decade of experience in the sales rep world.
