Recognized with three accolades in the 2005 Backpacker Magazine Reader’s Choice Awards, Gregory Packs is the only pack manufacturer to be called out by readers in each of the three categories in the poll: favorite ultralight pack, favorite peak-bagging pack and favorite weekend pack.

More than 1,200 Backpacker readers – the largest response ever to the poll – voted in the magazine’s 2005 Readers’Choice Awards, which are announced in the January/February 2006 issue of the magazine. Gregory Packs swept the second place award in each category; no other company was named in every single division.

Backpacker asked readers to tell them about their favorite things in dozens of outdoor categories. The survey was conducted online at www.backpacker.com between Aug. 22 and Oct. 1, 2005. It drew responses from readers in all 50 states.
