Sunglass brand Goodr appointed Pepe Landa, formerly of On, Boardriders and Rip Curl, as director of Global Sales and Marketing. Landa was most recently head of Sales and Distributors for Latin America and the Caribbean at On, the Swiss running brand.
From August 2021 to May 2023, Landa was the director of International Business, LATAM at Boardriders. Prior to that, he was at Primitive Skateboarding for eight months as international sales manager. From September 2019 to April 2020, he was the North American footwear sales manager at Rip Curl.
Landa announced his new gig in a LinkedIn post, writing, “I’m incredibly excited to share that I’m starting a new position as Director of Global Sales and Marketing at goodr!
“Before turning fully to what’s ahead, I want to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude to my previous colleagues at On, Inc. Over the past three years working across the global, LatAm and Brazil teams, we achieved something truly special, driving incredible growth, expanding into new markets, and building a strong, lasting presence in the region. None of this would have been possible without the passion, collaboration, and relentless drive of the people I had the privilege to work with.
A heartfelt thank you (gracias/obrigado) as well to our distributor partners and the many amazing accounts across the region. Your trust, commitment and partnership were instrumental in making that journey so impactful. I carry those experiences and relationships with me into this next chapter.
