According to a document filed with the SEC, on Oct. 15 Frederick Quandt, SVP-merchandising for Golfsmith International Holdings, Inc., gave a notice of resignation to the company.
The company does not expect to hire or appoint a replacement for Quandt, and has assigned his duties to other members of the executive team. The move is effective Oct. 28.
