The Lotto Sport Italia S.p.A. board of directors met recently to confirm the entry of Giacomo Vaccari, who replaces Giancarlo Zanatta in the Company’s administrative body.

Zanatta’s leaving Lotto shareholders has therefore been concluded, including from the formal point of view. It has been justified by the Tecnica Group President’s need to focus full attention and all efforts on developing the relaunch plan for the Nordica and Rollerblade brands.

At the present time the Vaccari family therefore hold 50% of Lotto Sport Italia S.p.A. The family has stated its great satisfaction in having had the opportunity to increase its stake of the Montebelluna based Company, which is successfully continuing its strategies for growth and expansion in international markets.

There has been no change to the remaining 50%, controlled by Andrea Tomat and which also includes Gianni Lorenzato and Adriano Sartor.

No changes have been made to the Company’s management structure either. Andrea Tomat remains President and Chief Executive Officer, and is flanked by two Vice Presidents, Franco Vaccari and Gianni Lorenzato, who is also active in the Company as Manager of the administration and finance department, as well as managing all operational activities.

Marcellino Bortolomiol and Adriano Sartor are also board members.
