Keeth has been co-CEO of Professional Apparel Exchange (PAX) for the past 20 years.  PAX is an apparel buying agency specializing in developing and sourcing licensed/logo apparel and headwear.  Among the products they source logo products or uniforms for are PBATS of Major League Baseball, PGA TOUR Superstore, MGM Mirage, Alice Cooper’s Cooperstown and many others. 

Garrison has a solid background in the apparel, footwear and licensing industries with a strong emphasis in brand development, both domestically and internationally.  He has served the past three years as President of Licensing for Defiance USA and prior to that served as President of BHPC Marketing, Inc. from 1991-2007.

Simmons has been heavily involved in the world of branding and licensing, while serving in many major roles including CEO, President, COO, General Manager and Principal during his successful career. He was named the President and Chief Operating Officer of Jordan Marsh, Inc. in 1986 and served in that position through 1992.  He has also served as COO of Hit or Miss Inc. (1996-99), President and COO of Shop Stars.com (1999-2000), CEO of Trimingham’s Inc. (2001-05) and President and CEO of Thompson Products, Inc. (2005-08).
