This new brand will be designed, manufactured and distributed by GEAR for Sports. The Robert Trent Jones collection is currently in production with plans to ship first product in May 2005. However, the collection will debut at The PGA Merchandise Show in Orlando.

“We are
going to build the Robert Trent Jones apparel brand into one of the premium golf apparel
brands in the U.S.,” noted Larry Graveel, president and COO, GEAR for Sports. “The
Robert Trent Jones ongoing heritage represents a rich legacy of innovation and enduring
value. We are building an apparel brand worthy to carry this meaningful and
recognizable name.”

“We are pleased to work with GEAR for Sports because of their proven identity in
designing and manufacturing fine sportswear,” stated Robert Trent Jones, Jr. “This is in
keeping with the Robert Trent Jones tradition, which for over 70 years has and is
continuing to produce the highest quality golf courses.”

“Our inspiration comes from Robert Trent Jones, Jr. in that
the patterns and styles are a blend of classic design with innovation,” said Tim Conlin,
director of design & brand management for the Robert Trent Jones collection.

“We’ve taken a new and aggressive approach with this elegant brand by
establishing a very talented team to source the finest fabrics available in the world,
designers with the foresight to create newness in men’s golf apparel within the classic
preferences of the modern golfer, and a sales and marketing team that is consistently
considered one of the best by our customers,” added Graveel. “We are very excited to
present this new apparel brand, and we are confident that consumers will be impressed
with the quality craftsmanship and designs.”

Tim Conlin was appointed director-design & brand

“I am thrilled to be involved in this exciting new
endeavor with a world-class apparel company such as GEAR,” said Conlin. “GEAR’s
reputation and commitment to the business and its employees is second-to-none. And,
the Robert Trent Jones name is an incredibly important piece of golf history. We have all
of the necessary ingredients to create something very special and I’m confident we’ll be
successful.”
