G-III Apparel Group Ltd. announced that it intends to offer $350 million aggregate principal amount of senior secured notes due 2025.
The company intends to use the net proceeds to repay its existing term loan facility, due 2022, for general corporate purposes and to pay related fees and expenses.
G-III offers sports fan apparel under MSX By Michael Strahan for NFL, Touch by Alyssa Milano, DKNY, Tommy Hilfiger, STARTER, GIII for Her and GIII Sports by Carl Banks.
Owned brands include DKNY, Donna Karan, Vilebrequin, G. H. Bass, Eliza J, Jessica Howard, Andrew Marc and Marc New York.
