Fox Factory Holding Corp. on Monday announced the completion of its CEO succession plan, as previously announced on February 26, 2019, and May 30, 2019.

Effective June 29, 2019, Larry Enterline assumed the role of executive chairman of the board of directors, after eight years as CEO with Fox.

Concurrently, Mike Dennison, Fox’s former president, powered vehicles group, succeeded Enterline as CEO and he remains a member of the board of directors.

Rich Winters, Fox’s former executive vice president, powered vehicles group, assumed the role of president for that division. In addition, Dudley Mendenhall also transitioned from chairman of the board of directors to lead independent director.
