The Forzani Group Ltd. submitted a proposal to acquire the operating assets of JKL Golf Corp, Inc. JKL is the current licensee of Nevada Bobs Golf in Calgary, Red Deer, and downtown Toronto. In total, the acquisition would give Forzani seven new Nevada Bobs locations, which would remain open and are expected to be franchised at some point during the coming year. Forzani intends to finance the acquisition through the companys previously existing credit facilities, but, because of a mutual agreement between the two parties, did not disclose any financial terms of the deal. Completion of the transaction is subject to due diligence.

The Forzani Group Ltd. has proposed an acquisition of the operating assets of JKL Golf Corp. Inc., the Nevada Bob's Golf licensee in Calgary, Red Deer, and downtown Toronto. The 7 locations to be acquired will continue in operation as Nevada Bob's Golf and are expected to be franchised in the coming year.
