Victoria’s Secret & Co. has hired Adrian Butler, former chief technology officer (CTO) of Foot Locker, as EVP and CTO.

Butler was at Foot Locker from June 2023 to April 2026. Foot Locker was acquired by Dick’s Sporting Goods in September 2025.

Prior to Foot Locker, Butler held technology roles at Casey’s General Stores, Dine Brands Global (Applebee’s and IHOP) and Target Corp.

The company also added Gerri Martin-Flickinger, who previously served as CTO at Starbucks, to its board of directors.

The two appointments reflect the company’s “commitment to evolving its leadership, governance, and technology expertise in support of its strategic priorities and long-term growth,” said Board Chair Donna James.
