Tom Osgood, who served on the senior membership team for Dorel Recreational/Leisure, has joined K. Russo Consulting, Inc., a leading boutique executive search firm where he will launch a new human resources advisory practice.
 
After more than 25 years as a successful corporate human resources executive, Osgood joins the group from Dorel Industries, where he served as Senior Vice President & Global Chief Human Resources Officer and a member of the senior leadership team for the companys cycling segment. 

In his new role with K. Russo Consulting, Osgood will expand the firms reach and capabilities to provide end-to-end solutions from executive search to other strategic human resources functions like talent management, organizational development and employee engagement.

Tom has a unique mix of human resources expertise and business knowledge across a diverse range of industries and geographies that sets him apart as a global human resources executive, said Karen Russo, President, K. In addition to Global Human Resources, Osgood also had responsibility for internal communications and facilities during his tenure at Dorel Industries.
