Forloh, the Whitefish, MT-based technical apparel brand, specializing in the hunt and outdoor categories, announced its acquisition of Divide Gun Company, a maker of precision rifles favored by extreme hunters and long-range shooters.
Andy Techmanski, founder of Forloh, said, “Divide has earned its reputation as a leader in ultralight, precision-built rifles among extreme outdoor hunters and long-range shooting enthusiasts, while Forloh has consistently met the high demands these hunters place on gear for safety and success.
By combining their efforts, the company noted it will “streamline product development and testing and integrate apparel and equipment to provide a comprehensive gear solution.” Their objective is to “become the all-in-one destination for hunters for everything from socks and jackets to rifles, suppressors and ammunition, while consistently advancing with the latest technologies to improve performance in the field.”
The Divide Gun Company was founded by Todd Walchli and Rob Radcliffe, both lifelong outdoorsmen who share a unified vision of building rifles that meet the needs of the extreme hunter. The company is headquartered in Salmon, ID.
