ForeFront Group, Inc. named Brian J. McTasney, as its new CFO, according to Stan Harris, CEO.
“Our company owns a portfolio of premium golf brands which include Burton and Datrek golf bags, Devant and Sir Christopher Hatton golf towels and Miller golf accessories, and we have focused on building a team of talented management professionals to maximize our current business opportunities,” said Harris.
He adds, “The addition of Brian to our group will provide more depth in financial leadership and his experience in consumer brands, distribution, IT and manufacturing will benefit many aspects of our organization. As we seek future opportunities to grow ForeFront, Brian will be a key player in those areas.”
Most recently Mr. McTasney served as CFO of Griffin Technology in Nashville, Tennessee, a $160 million dollar product design company which develops hardware and software for the Mac and PC market and the leading brand in MP3 accessories. Prior to Griffin, he served in senior positions in financial analysis, mergers and acquisition and strategic business development at VF Imagewear, Inc.
Mr. McTasney is a graduate of Central Oklahoma University and is a certified public accountant.
