The new kiosks feature a sleeker, more streamlined design to make the convenient, affordable customization process even more efficient and enjoyable. The FootBalance Recommendation System takes customers all the way from a personalized foot analysis to 100% custom-molded footbeds, and professional expertise on footwear, alignment and performance throughout. Unlike other insole or orthotics products, FootBalance custom footbeds take just seconds to fit to users’ individual feet, and the entire analysis process takes fewer than ten minutes.
FootBalance’s new molding stations ensure that FootBalance customers will receive an even greater level of service when being fitted for custom footbeds. An in-unit touch screen allows technicians to easily educate customers on their individual foot types and alignment issues, and how to best address them. The software can store customers’ foot analysis so it can be emailed to customers or recovered quickly when customers want to purchase a new pair of footbeds without wanting to do another analysis.
