Fleet Feet, Incorporated added three new team members to its new corporate structure.  The new structure facilitates the best use of resources to support franchises and manage current and future growth.

“We’ve expanded our resources and created a structure that we can build upon for many years,” said Jeff Phillips, President of Fleet Feet, Incorporated.  “We have the right people in the right positions to take us to the next level.  This will allow us to maximize efficiency and take advantage of opportunities to help fuel our growth.”

The company’s restructuring plan involved refining the responsibilities of three key employees.  Bryan Mills has been promoted to Director of New Franchise Development with responsibility for managing new franchise candidates through the store opening process and their first two years in operation.  Bryan and his development team will also be responsible for franchise ownership transitions.  Vice President of Business Development, Luke Rowe, will oversee the franchisee recruiting and selection process and continue to drive our FIT initiatives.  Joey Pointer, Director of Franchise Operations, will focus on supporting the continued growth and profitability of fast growing and maturing stores.

Brian Breedlove has joined the team to oversee the financial management, personnel and legal matters of Fleet Feet, Incorporated. He will also assist with supporting franchisees on financial and inventory management and ongoing store business reviews and analysis.  Brian spent the last five years with Nortel Networks in a variety of roles, most recently as Senior Financial Analyst with responsibilities in budgeting, financial planning, and analysis.

Fleet Feet, Incorporated has also expanded its Brand Management team with the additions of Talia Herman and Mike Forsterling.  Brand Managers work collaboratively with vendor partners to identify opportunities, improve communication flow from vendor to account, handle business issues, assist with inventory planning and management, and coordinate marketing efforts.  Talia Herman has joined Fleet Feet, Inc. as the Brooks Brand Manager, and Mike Forsterling has come on board to drive growth of the Saucony brand.

Talia Herman joins Fleet Feet, Inc. from Spenco Medical Corporation where she spent five years in a sales and marketing capacity.  Most recently as Marketing Manager, Ms. Herman managed advertising and promotion initiatives for Spenco’s core products, assisted in product development, and managed key accounts.

Mike Forsterling joins the team after several years with Spectrum Brands, a supplier to Lowe’s Companies, where he worked in supply chain, inventory and demand planning, manufacturing, and customer service management.
