Five Ten has completed restructuring its management team in Europe. John Connelly, International Sales Manager for the brand, has named Bastiaan Wauters as Five Ten’s new Sales and Sponsorship Coordinator for Europe. Wauters previously served as Sponsoring Manager Europe. Connelly stated that he would be spending much of his time on the European market supporting Wauters and focusing on new strategies to grow sales and improve operational efficiencies.

Also tapped for the Five Ten Europe management team is Beverly Mead, who has accepted the position of Five Ten Europe International Business Finance Coordinator and will be working out of both the Redlands, CA and Brussels office.

“We believe these changes will strengthen our position and have a positive effect for the company and our dealers,” said Charles Cole, the company’s president. “Both John and Beverly have tremendous experience and proven track records and Bastiaan will add great energy, commitment and focus to our sales and marketing team.”

Connelly adds that addition to restructuring the European management team, Five Ten is focused on several new products which will be debuting in the coming months, especially a brand new Stealth rubber compound that will redefine friction and performance. Five Ten has been a leading rock shoe brand in Europe for the past 15 years and in addition to increasing market share, is also making inroads in the water and light-weight outdoor cross training markets. The company is also strengthening its award-winning Canyoneering line.
