Five Iron Golf signed a lease for a flagship location in downtown Austin, TX, marking the brand’s official entry into the city. Located at 501 Congress Avenue, the upcoming venue will span 13,500 square feet.
Situated in Austin’s central business district, the new venue will offer a club-like experience through its integration into a broader mixed-use environment, featuring 12 Trackman simulators, coach-led instruction, and Callaway Tour club fitting, with other amenities to enhance the experience.
“Five Iron Golf brings a modern, experiential concept that aligns perfectly with the energy and evolution of downtown Austin,” said Valon Hidra, head of U.S. asset management for AFIAA, located in a 16-story office building, situated in the northeastern part of downtown Austin. “Their ability to activate the space throughout the day—from training and practice to social and event-driven experiences—makes them a compelling addition to Congress Avenue and a strong complement to the tenant mix at 501 Congress.”
The brand recently opened a new location in Nashville, TN, with another planned for Miami in early 2026. The company has also confirmed future expansion into the Dallas–Fort Worth market in 2026.
Five Iron Golf currently operates in over 25 major U.S. cities nationwide with additional international expansion underway.
