Fieldsheer, the temperature-controlled apparel maker, has appointed Michelle Silversides as director of global sales and Christian Norman as eastern sales manager, as it seeks to build continued growth across North America and international markets.
Michelle Silversides joins Fieldsheer with more than two decades of experience leading sales organizations, managing major retail and distribution accounts, and developing strategic growth initiatives across domestic and international markets, according to a company media release. In her new role, Silversides is expected to oversee Fieldsheer’s worldwide sales strategy while “working closely with distributors, retailers, and sales partners to strengthen customer engagement and accelerate market expansion.”
Silversides will also manage key Midwest accounts as the company continues to grow its sales organization.
“Throughout her career, she has built high-performing customer relationships, expanded distribution channels, and delivered sustained revenue growth across multiple consumer product categories,” Fieldsheer noted.
Christian Norman joins Fieldsheer as eastern sales manager, bringing more than 15 years of experience in apparel and consumer products sales leadership to the company. His background reportedly includes growing national brands, expanding multi-channel distribution, developing private label programs, and building long-term partnerships with retailers across the United States.
“Throughout his career, Norman has consistently driven revenue growth by combining strategic account management with deep industry expertise,” the company said. “In his new role, Norman will lead sales activities throughout the Eastern United States, working closely with distributors and retail partners while helping customers identify the products and programs that best meet their needs.”
Mark Gandy, President and CEO of Fieldsheer, commented, “Michelle and Christian both bring an exceptional combination of industry knowledge, customer focus, and proven sales leadership. As demand for our innovative apparel technologies continues to grow, expanding our sales leadership team ensures we’re well positioned to provide the level of service, responsiveness, and partnership our customers expect.”
The company said the appointments reflect Fieldsheer’s continued investment in building a world-class sales organization as the company expands its portfolio of heated, cooling, and performance apparel technologies for consumers and professional markets.
