FeraDyne Outdoors LLC, a portfolio company majority owned by funds affiliated with Snow Phipps Group, LLC,  has acquired FL Archery Holdings LLC (d.b.a. Field Logic), an industry leader in archery targets and accessories.

Located in Superior, WI, Field Logic's renowned portfolio of industry leading brands includes Block targets, Glen Del targets, Shooter Buck targets, Black Hole targets, Hurricane bag targets, IQ Bowsights, Sure-Loc Archery Products, S4Gear and Apple Archery and X-Press bow presses.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
