Fabletics, Inc., the membership-driven activewear brand, reported plans to double its annual revenue to $2 billion and quadruple its EBITDA within five years, supported by the opening within the next twelve months of 25 stores in the U.S. and roughly 20 internationally.

The retailer currently has 137 locations in operation worldwide, of which 126 are in the U.S.

Fabletics said new international stores represent the “next phase of Fabletics’ global expansion strategy,” with the company set to triple its international store count in 2026. The company will also be entering several new markets throughout 2026/27, including India, the UAE, Colombia, Peru, and Central America.

The expansion comes as Fabletics marked a milestone by seeing revenue exceed $1 billion last year.

“Retail has become an increasingly important growth driver for our business,” said Adam Goldenberg, co-founder and chief executive officer, Fabletics. “As our retail model continues to deliver strong results in the U.S., we’re confident it can scale globally. This expansion will allow us to reach more customers, grow the Fabletics brand and create long-term value.”

“Our international growth is driven by a disciplined approach to market expansion and a commitment to delivering a consistent brand experience for customers around the world,” said Meera Bhatia, president, Fabletics. “As we enter new countries and scale our business globally, we’re focused on entering the right markets, leveraging local expertise and tailoring our approach to meet the unique needs of each region, while staying true to the Fabletics brand.”

Fabletics’ expansion comes after the company delivered three consecutive years of double-digit same-store sales growth. Sales rose 14 percent in 2024, more than 18 percent in 2025 and is up over 20 percent to-date this year.

Fabletics also maintains a wholesale business that includes sales to Nordstrom and Von Maur in the U.S., KaDeWe and Peek & Cloppenburg in Germany, Next in the U.K., and Liverpool in Mexico. The brand also sells to select fitness studios and gyms, such as Hotworks.
