Pacific Glory Worldwide, Ltd. (PGW), the owner of the Fuji, SE and Tuesday bike brands, appointed Jim Marshall as U.S. sales manager.

The hiring comes after the China-based company  announced that it had formed a dedicated distribution arm to support U.S. growth.

Marshall brings more than 20 years of experience in the cycling and sporting goods industries, with a career focused on territory development, brand growth, and long-term dealer partnerships. He has held sales leadership and brand development roles at organizations such as Giant Bicycles, Specialized Bicycle Components, Jamis Bicycles, and BikeCo LLC.

In his new role, Marshall will oversee both inside and outside sales.

“Jim is a career bike professional who truly understands the independent dealer,” said Anthony Mikrut, sales director. “His belief that dealers are the backbone of our industry aligns perfectly with our organization’s goals. Jim brings a rare combination of strategic discipline, relationship-first selling, and hands-on leadership that supports sustainable growth for both our brands and our retail partners.”

In his new role, Marshall will focus on expanding PGW’s U.S. dealer network, supporting field sales teams, and strengthening collaboration between PGW’s U.S. operations and global headquarters.

“I’m excited to join Pacific Glory Worldwide at a time when dealers are looking for strong partners and consistent support,” said Marshall. “PGW’s focus on product, people, and long-term relationships closely mirrors how I’ve approached my career, and I’m looking forward to building something meaningful together.”
