JOTT, the French casual outerwear brand owned by L Catterton, was placed in receivership in December 2025 and is seeking a buyer, according to French media outlet Fashion Network.
In 2021, L Catterton, which is linked to the LVMH group and the Arnault family’s investment firms, acquired a controlling interest in the company. The founding Gourdikian family continued to hold a significant equity interest in the business.
According to the publication, the receivers, senior management and owners of Marseilles-based down jacket specialist are actively looking for a buyer for the brand in court proceedings. The Marseilles trade court is set to rule on the bids by the end of March.
