Canada Goose Holdings Inc. appointed Massimo Piombini to its Board of Directors. Piombini’s rolse have included chief executive officer of Diesel and Balmain, chief strategic officer of Technogym, and chief commercial officer of Valentino and Bally.
His more than 35 years of experience also includes leadership roles at Boucheron, Gucci and Bulgari. Piombini currently serves as p
resident and CEO of CADICA Group, a Italy-based maker of custom fashion labels, hangtags, and luxury packaging. Canada Goose said, “His experience spans public companies, family-owned businesses and private equity-backed organizations, bringing a broad perspective on governance, operational excellence and value creation.”
He has also served as a member of the Board of Directors of Canada Goose International, Canada Goose’s international subsdiariy, providing guidance to the company’s European business. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Enervit S.p.A.
His appointment to the company’s Board further “strengthens Canada Goose’s global governance with deep expertise in brand building, international growth and retail transformation,” Canada Goose said in a statement..
