Bültel Bekleidungswerke (Garment Works) GmbH reports that Co-CEO Peter Hoever has announced his intention to “take on a new professional challenge outside the company” and will leave on December 31, 2025. The company stated that this move follows Hoever’s two years of intensive work on the further development of the Bültel Group and its brands.

“Under Hoever’s leadership, the company has taken decisive steps towards the strategic realignment of its product and sales divisions,” Bültel said in a media release. “The measures introduced as part of the transformation process will contribute to increasing operational efficiency and sharpening the brand profiles in the long term.”

The owner of Hattric, Calamar, and licensee of the Camel Active brand, based in Salzbergen, Germany, said a search for Hoever’s has begun. Until then, CEO Thorsten Suska will oversee the tasks in conjunction with Frank Brüggemann, managing director of Bültel Worldwide Fashion GmbH & Co. KG, and the entire management team.

“We would like to thank Peter for his time with us and his dedicated contribution to the further development of our company,” said Thorsten Suska, CEO of Bültel Bekleidungswerke GmbH. “We will continue to pursue the measures that have been initiated with our experienced team in order to further expand our current market position.”
